Thank you for choosing Mialor. Each Mialor product is specially handmade and carefully prepared for you. Because our items are made with individual care and attention to detail, preparation times may occasionally vary.

Order Processing and Delivery Times

Once your order is placed, our team begins preparing your item.

Most orders are delivered within 6–14 business days. Delivery times are calculated in business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Since each product is handmade, some orders may require additional preparation time. In these cases, delivery may take longer than the standard 6–14 business-day estimate. We appreciate your patience while our team completes your order with the care and quality it deserves.

Mialor works with trusted fulfillment partners and international carriers. Some orders may be shipped from international facilities, and the estimated delivery time may vary depending on the destination, customs procedures, carrier operations, and order volume.

Shipping Rates

• Complimentary Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on orders over $30 USD, or the equivalent amount in your local currency as shown at checkout.

• Standard Shipping: For orders below this amount, a flat shipping fee of $5.90 USD applies, or the equivalent amount in your local currency as shown at checkout.

Peak Seasons and Exceptional Circumstances

During periods of exceptionally high demand, including Christmas, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, special promotions, and Mialor sales, preparation and delivery times may be extended.

Handmade orders may take an additional 5–10 business days during these periods. Delays caused by customs, severe weather, postal strikes, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control may also affect delivery times.

Extended delivery times caused by peak-season demand, customs, carriers, or circumstances beyond our control do not automatically qualify for a refund.

Address Changes

If you entered an incorrect address at checkout, you may request an address change on the same day your order is placed.

Once the next day begins, your shipping details may be locked because your order may have entered preparation or fulfillment. After this point, we cannot guarantee that address changes will be possible.

Any delivery delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address are the customer’s responsibility.

Delivery Address Guidelines

To help ensure a successful delivery, please provide your complete and accurate residential address. Please ensure that the recipient’s name matches the name associated with the mailbox or delivery location.

We recommend avoiding lockers, P.O. boxes, shopping centers, restaurants, or other locations where delivery may be difficult.

If delivery fails because of an incorrect, incomplete, or unsuitable address, or because the package is not collected from a pickup location, Mialor cannot be held responsible and a refund may not be available.

If your billing address differs from your delivery address, please provide the correct delivery address during checkout.

Refused or Unclaimed Packages

We carefully prepare and package every Mialor order. If a package is refused or remains unclaimed, it may be returned to the carrier or may not be recoverable.

For this reason, we cannot guarantee a refund for refused or unclaimed packages. If the package is returned to us and a refund is approved, return shipping and any applicable fees may be deducted from the refund.

Lost or “Delivered” Packages

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

If your tracking status shows “Delivered” but you cannot locate the package, please contact us at hello@mialor.com. We may request an investigation with the carrier.

However, Mialor is not responsible for packages that are stolen or misplaced after the carrier confirms delivery to the provided address.

Delivery Delays

If your estimated delivery period has passed, please contact us at hello@mialor.com with your order number.

We will review the tracking information and contact the carrier when necessary. Because Mialor products are handmade and may require additional preparation time, some orders may take longer than the standard delivery estimate.
